Prime Labs is committed to the secure and efficient distribution of research compounds. Please review our logistics protocols below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations & Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Restricted Regions: We do not ship internationally or to military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the selected carrier service level.

Delivery Expectations

Once a shipment is surrendered to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), delivery timelines are subject to carrier operations. Please note:

  • Transit Estimates: Provided timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be issued via email immediately upon shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
  • Carrier Delays: Prime Labs is not responsible for delays caused by weather, high carrier volume, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

Shipping Insurance & Liability

To protect your research materials, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. This provides coverage for carrier-confirmed loss or damage during transit.

If Insurance is Selected: If Insurance is NOT Selected:
Eligible for replacement/refund if the carrier confirms loss, delivery failure, or transit damage. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the incident. Orders are shipped at the researcher's risk. Prime Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Recipient Responsibility

Researchers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address. Prime Labs is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or packages stolen after a "Delivered" confirmation.
